THE FLOOR IS MADE OF LAVA

THE FLOOR IS MADE OF LAVA was formed in 2006 and made their first album appearance the year after. Debut album "All Juice, No Fruit" was produced by Troels Abrahamsen (Veto).

The album received great recognition and reviews – and yieldedthree radio hits "Told Her Im From Compton", "Do Your Sister" and "Happy Monday".
Besides having toured intensively through DK playing more than a 100 concerts in 2008 and 2009 – as hand picked support for Nephew throughout their Danish Fall Tour, as opening act for Oasis in Forum and AC/DC in Parken - THE FLOOR IS MADE OF LAVA has performed at various Danish festivals, a.o. SPOT, Roskilde and Skanderborg Festival. In addition, the band has taken the two international business feativals Reeperbahn in Hamburg and By:larm in Oslo by storm.
